GainTrace

GainTrace is the customer success platform for B2B SaaS teams. It connects your CRM, billing, product and support data to score account health and catch churn early. We host that data in the EU, encrypt it in transit and at rest, and run our security program against the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria. This Trust Center sets out our controls, our policies and how we handle your data.
